July, 1999 - Merged with Lincoln Studios to form MC² to form a $100 million company.
Fully integrated exhibit design, tradeshow, meeting, travel and related services company.
1987 - approximately $3-5 million in sales.
From 40 to 1200 employees (W-2’s).
Corporate Images, Inc.
Related company from 1987-1994, until combined into CMS.
Primarily engaged in the construction of exhibits for corporate clients.
Located in Suffern, NY.
$2-5 million company with 15-35 employees.
Travel Associates, Inc.
Related company from 1986-1994, until combined into CMS.
Travel Agency.
Located in St. Louis, MO.
8-20 employees at various times.
Suffern Place Partnership
Related partnership owning the building occupied by Corporate Images, and later the NY division of CMS.
Suffern Place Corp.
Related coroporation, which provided warehouse space to outside 3rd parties.
I was also involved in the integration of acquisitions throughout my career at CMS. The largest of which was NES, which became a part of CMS’s Atlanta division.
